Shipping Rates

Orders over $200.00  will receive FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $150.00 will receive FREE SHIPPING (if you sign up to our VIP newsletter club and have the discount code (note this is a once off discount offer per customer).

All other orders will incur a standard Australia Post shipping charge.  We are happy to quote a shipping price based on your items if you contact us directly, if you wish to use an express shipping option and/or insured coverage option please contact us and we can provide you a price and eta based on Australia Post guidelines. N.B Once items have left our shop we hold no responsibility for their safe delivery via Australia Post, the option to take out additional insurance is that of the purchaser & needs to be arranged prior to shipping. 

Dispatch Estimates

We aim to ship all orders placed prior to 1.30pm on the same or next business day.  Orders placed after 1.30pm will be dispatched next business day, Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched next business day (Monday).
From time to time delays may occur, the customer will be contacted by a staff member should this be the case.

EXPRESS SHIPPING, INSURANCE & TRACKING

Horse in the Box will issue all customers with a tracking number, should a customer require EXPRESS SHIPPING, SIGNATURE DELIVERY or INSURANCE COVERAGE, this needs to be requested prior to dispatch and is the responsibility of the customer.  We will endeavour to dispatch & deliver you products to you in the fastest and best condition, however once items have left our shop we have no control of their delivery time and state.  Please opt for additional insurance should you have any concerns, we are happy to provide you with a quote.  Please contact us before placing your order on 0432 211 606 (we are open 7 days per week, M-F 9-5pm, Sat 10-3pm, Sun 11-3pm

Why has my order not arrived?
Australia Post delays are outside our control. Use your tracking number to check the delivery status or contact Australia Post for updates.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If you would like to cover your items with insurance against loss or damage, please contact us prior to dispatch, this is the responsibility of the customer, once items have left our shop we unfortunately are not responsible for the time and state of delivery.  please check your package and take photos if it appears damaged and refer it to your local Aust Post store.  We will try to help from our end, however this is usually out of our control.
