I can't tell you how nice it is to deal with people who are on the ball when it comes to orders, updates etc It's something that really gives a customer confidence in shopping with you. Omg first ever visit to Horse In The Box, lovely lovely people, service was second to none, they went out of their way to make us welcome, we had one on one each for over an hour, nothing was too hard for them. We are from northern Vic near the nsw border, the drive was and is well worth it. Highly recommended. Congrats on a great store and brilliant customer service.

Just wanted to let you know that I wore the B Vertigo breeches all day today and they were fantastic. They fit really really well and were comfy, warm and dry to work and ride in during all the horrible weather today.

I love this store, with exceptionally friendly and helpful service especially when you are shopping with a little person in tow! I bought a gorgeous new halter and lead for my horse and some gorgeous breeches for me nothing was to much trouble as Erica showed me around the store and checked if certain items were in stock
